Week 4: a tiring week

　My team members and I were asked to present a report about Ralph Waldo Emerson’s famous book, named “Nature.” In the beginning I felt excited because I have heard the author’s name for many times but I never have chance to read his article. I thought that it would be a great chance for me to “make friends with Emerson.” However, after I started to prepare for the presentation I found that I could not understand the tough philosophy of his words. I end up feeling extremely exhausted and frustrated for the whole week because of the complicated texts and the hard-understandable meanings beyond words. I stayed in the library whole day on Sunday, trying to understand and analysis the articles; however, I failed in the end.

　　We have to deliver the presentation two days later, and now I just finished self of my report. In the end, I have no choice but to ask my teacher for help. I hope that my presentation won’t be too awful and I hope that I could learn more about Emerson and transcendentalism through the report.
